Waiting on go

Today is a big day for us, getting J evaluated for his speech today. I do think he is talking more, imitating more, trying to communicate more, but he is struggling with pronunciation. I think that is what they are going to find anyway, we'll see I guess. I think the way he talks is very cute, but I'm the only one who seems to understand him.

So, since this is essentially a drive by posting, let's get to it. More with the March Studio Calico Kit:

Supplies: Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday Patterned paper: Saturday and Tuesday; plus Bazzil Vanilla Cardstock and American crafts thickers-Rockabye, Patchwork Fabric and Lullabye (all from Studio Calico March Garment District Kit).
Instructions: Cut ledger patterned paper to 8.5 x 11, and print text, title, journaling. Then trim to add to layout, on top of striped patterned paper. Adhere photos, and thickers.
So, if I used vanilla cardstock, that counts toward my detox from white cardstock, right? Maybe not. Until tomorrow.

LOL cute layout... and if white is the one you ALWAYS use, I would say vanilla (if its a creamy vanilla and not a white vanilla) would be progress! LOL
